We do our best to deliver exceptional dental services in a relaxed, calm environment in our downtown Victoria, BC dental office.
We provide a wide range of dental services, including dental hygiene services, laser treatments, oral cancer screening, oral surgery (including some wisdom teeth extractions), root canals, gum surgeries, Invisalign with Acceledent, teeth whitening, crown and bridge work, complete and partial dentures, cosmetic veneers, composite white fillings, night guards, and implant crown placement.
Our Victoria, BC dentist and staff also attend a number of continuing education courses a year to expand the depth and quality of dental services that we can provide.
Dr. Amarjot Sajan, DDS – Dentist
A native Vancouver Islander, Dr. Sajan was born & raised in Nanaimo. He completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the prestigious Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry at the University of Western Ontario. Dr. Sajan wants everyone to know that DDS stands for Dentist, DJ, Super Dad…. And if that’s not a dad joke, we don’t know what is!

Rebecca
Hygienist
Our hygienist Rebecca brings years of knowledge and patient care to the office, providing comprehensive and informative oral hygiene instruction for our clients. She is mom to two adorable little ones, Coen and Harlow. Rebecca is also passionate about health and the science behind it.
Alicia
Director of Clinical Coordination and Treatment Facilitation
In addition to her management role in the clinic, Alicia is a Certified Dental and Prosthodontic Assistant. She brings a bright and bubbly presence to our office, cracking jokes with patients and Dr. Sajan when she’s assisting. Alicia’s great loves are (in no particular order) a good bar of chocolate, a good bottle of wine, and our office Fitbit challenges.
Katy
Director of Practice Development and Administrative Operations
With over a decade of dental experience, Katy brings a broad knowledge of the administrative side of dentistry to the practice. When she isn’t here, Katy can be found at UVIC chipping away at her BA in Writing. She is also a freelance journalist and author. In her “spare time” Katy can be found binge-watching British crime shows.
Melissa
Certified Dental Assistant
Melissa brings several years of both assisting and reception experience to our office. A huge advocate for healthy living, Melissa also runs a food prep business dedicated to creating healthy meals at home. As a small business owner and mom, Melissa is always on the go. If she had a Fitbit, she’d crush us all!
Beccy
Certified Dental and Orthodontic Assistant
Beccy’s training and assisting experience – including focused work in pediatrics and orthodontics – rounds out our specialized assisting team to provide all our patients with the best care possible. Outside of work, Beccy’s passions include yoga, dance, and hikes with her menagerie of pets.
Dayna
Hygiene and Marketing Coordinator
Dayna works with clinical staff and patients to coordinate treatment plans. She strives to make sure patients have all the administrative pieces necessary to make informed decisions about diagnosed treatment. Outside the office, Dayna is an avid actor and singer, and can often be found at a local coffee shop working on her latest novel.
Sophia
Administrative Co-ordinator of Patient Care
Sophia works alongside Dayna and Katy, rounding out our energetic administrative team. Sophia bring several years of reception experience, giving her the tools to help assist patients in an informed and timely manner. If you have any suggestions of suspenseful or scary TV shows she can binge-watch, she’s all ears!
About Our Dental Office
Patients are the heart of our practice, so it makes sense that we would go out of the way to provide comfortable waiting and treatment areas complete with the types of amenities you would expect from the premier dental practice in Victoria. We believe our patients deserve only the best, and our staff works hard to deliver a superior experience at every visit.
We have Netflix available in our dental operatories for patients who would like to watch a show, movie or documentary during their visit. We provide children’s shows for the little ones. We also have the option of listening to music to headphones, or to watch an aquarium scene for those who prefer a lighter distraction during their dental procedure.
Our staff is focused on providing our patients with the very best experience in our office. Our staff attends a number of continuing education courses every year. We also have special lecturers come in to our office to provide in office training. We focus not only on the best quality of dentistry, but also on our customer service, to ensure that you feel comfortable and happy with your dental visits. We make sure that we are up to date with the latest techniques and technology and work to make sure that we find the best ways to relay this information about the ever changing profession of dentistry to our patients.
Insurance & Payments
Our clinic welcomes many types of dental insurance, and our insurance and payment coordinator will be happy to assist you in determining what type of benefits are available to you through your insurance plan. Payment arrangements for account balances are due at the time services are rendered, so please bring your insurance card with you to your first visit. We accept many forms of payment, including cash, Interac, Email Money Transfer and most major credit cards. You can also speak with our office administrator about flexible payment options available for major dental services.
If you have lingering questions concerning the financial aspect of your visit, our office administrators are on-hand during our regular business hours to answer your questions and address your concerns. Our accounts manager can handle all of your insurance related questions and our treatment co-ordinator can help with questions in regards to specific appointments.
